Presentation Lab

You’ve been assigned a presentation, and you’d rather face just about anything else. You’re not alone. Fear of public speaking ranks among the things that we dread most, but help is available at the Roberts Library.

About The Presentation Lab
Located next to the Learning Commons in the west wing of the Derrell C. Roberts Library, The Presentation Lab offers Dalton State students a designated space and the technology needed to rehearse, record, and review assigned presentations, speeches, and interviews. 

The Lab provides a workstation (equipped with Windows PowerPoint and MovieMaker), a projector, a webcam, and a table and chairs.  Students may reserve the Lab for individual or group work for one-hour time slots. Reservations can be made up to a week in advance. If there are no reserved appointments, students may make use the Lab on a first-come, first-served basis.  You may make an online reservation or call the library at 706-272-4575.
