What services are offered? 
·        General technical assistance to students, including completing assignments
·        Assistance with accessing the Library’s electronic resources on and off-campus
·        General student support for DSConnect and GAView
·        Assistance with email
·        Assistance with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
·        Assistance with Library equipment
NOTE: The Student Technology Helpdesk does NOT change or reset passwords, these requests must be referred to OCIS or the GAView Administrator.  The Helpdesk is not liable for personal equipment used by the students.

What are the hours for the Tech Desk?   

 Hours: 
Mon.-Thurs. 8am-4pm    
Friday  8am-5pm

For Tech help in the evenings and on Sunday, please go to the Circulation Desk
