Important News for NetLibrary eBooks/Audiobooks Users
We’re excited to inform you, as a current user of NetLibrary eBooks and/or Audiobooks, that access to eBooks and Audiobooks is being migrated from the NetLibrary platform to the EBSCOhost platform. In July 2011, you’ll be able to enjoy all of the features that we’ve built to allow you to get more value and enjoyment out of using eBooks and Audiobooks.
You may have already tried eBooks on EBSCOhost via the preview that we have made available (accessible via GALILEO). If not, we invite you to check it out today, and explore some of the enhancements, including:
- Integrated searching of eBooks and journal articles
- Enhanced eBook viewer
- Improved research tools (folder, citation exports, powerful EBSCOhost features)
- Easily narrow result list by subjects, categories, authors, and more
- Enhanced notes feature
- Enhanced download experiencee
- eBook and Audiobook landing pages for enriched browsing
- Select-your-own checkout duration
- Greater support for Apple devices for Audiobook downloads
When eBooks and Audiobooks are migrated from NetLibrary to the EBSCOhost platform, your current NetLibrary account information; checkout/download history; current checkouts, downloads and any information on holds you may have placed on eBooks/Audiobooks; and any notes that you have created will not be migrated to the new system, and will no longer be available to you.
