Fall Theatrical Performance

The fall play, "Overdue", written by student Joshua Beard and directed by Jackie Daniels is a comedy which centers around a group of young adults working in the Press Play video store.  The play will be performed Thursday through Saturday, November 14, 15, and 16 at 7:00pm and on Sunday, November 17 at 2:00pm.


Beard, a student at Dalton State, was inspired by his experiences at Blockbuster Video as a teenager. “I spent the bulk of high school working in a video store,” says Beard. “The setting lends itself to so many types of jokes; you can make an endless number of movie references and gags.”
