FactCheck.org: A project organized by UPenn’s Annenberg Public Policy Center, FactCheck.org is another resource to research and compare “the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players in the form of TV ads, debates, speeches, interviews and news releases.” 
 
Politifact: This Pulitzer Prize-winning website “examine[s] statements by members of Congress, state legislators, governors, mayors, the president, cabinet secretaries, lobbyists, people who testify before Congress and anyone else who speaks up in American politics.”

Rock the Vote
The Millennial Generation is diverse and huge in number, making up nearly 1/4 of the entire electorate in 2012.  Rock the Vote is dedicated to building the political power of young people by engaging them in the electoral process, urging politicians to pay attention to issues that matter to young voters, and protecting their fundamental right to vote.  



      

What is the Electoral College? 

The presidential election is held every four years on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November. You help choose your state’s electors when you vote for President because when you vote for your candidate you are actually voting for your candidate’s electors.  Learn more at the National Archives website.
