On Wednesday, July 15 at 6:00 pm, Dr. Barbara Tucker will read, discuss, and autograph her latest novel, Bringing Abundance Back.
The main character, Virginia Foster is a middle-aged empty nester in
Abundance, a small city in upstate South Carolina which got its name
from the Abundance Mills Flour Company. She and her husband are affluent
members of the town, but she is concerned about the future of the
community and spearheads a biscuit festival to bring attention and jobs
back to Abundance. As she and her team of fellow retirees work to build a
successful festival they face opposition from within and without.
