The guest author for the 4th Annual Dalton State Book Festival will
be Terry Kay and he will be reading from and discussing his book,
The Book of Marie. Lydia Knight, director of the Derrell C. Roberts Library, has donated 20 copies of The
Book of Marie for students to check-out and read. These are
available at the Circulation Desk on a first come, first serve
basis. You must request the books in person. 
The DSC Literary Reading Society is reading The Book of Marie for their next selection and will meet on Tuesday, April 16 at 1:00pm in LIA 206 to discuss the book. If you would like to join them, you can sign up through the Groups link on My Dalton State (next to Email button).
Terry Kay will speak on campus Wednesday, April 17 at 12:30pm and 6:30pm in the Brown Center. Both programs will be followed by an autograph session. Please email Lydia Knight at lknight@daltonstate.edu if you have any questions about the book festival.
