The War of 1812 in the South

This event is presented by Glen Kyle, Executive Director of the Northeast Georgia History Center at Brenau University, Gainesville, Georgia. Mr. Kyle will trace the conduct of the War of 1812 in the South, the scene of the United States' greatest victories in the war. Mr. Kyle will also be displaying his personal collection of uniforms and weapons from the era.

The demonstration will take place September 19, 2013, from 5pm-7pm in Room 105 in the James E. Brown Center, Dalton State College.
